With an incredible view over Olivella’s valley and its vineyards care, the mediterranean house with private heated pool brings peace and quiet to its host. Away from the hustle and bustle city, but not isolated, the hill is 10 minutes drive from Sitges and its beautiful beaches.

It’s the ideal house for families seeking tranquility and nature, for friends who want to have fun, for people who want to surround themselves by vegetation and silence. The ground floor of the villa has a direct acces to the outside light, the large and heated pool 6*4 meters, the two chill-outs and the outdoor dining near the barbecue and the kitchen.

You can acces the inside of the villa from the private parking for two cars, or just by the main entrance, and the house can accommodate up to 14 people in its 5 bedrooms. Its spacious living room has a fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipated with all the accesories and appliances needed to prepare good meals, offering a pleasent setting for the culinary work. The villa private pool has also three private bathrooms, a Master Ensuite and a common room with video games, ideal for kids.

A landing with sofa bed and a room on floor -1 allow to accomodate from 12 or 14 people, if you have small children, from 4 to 6 years.
